A canceled NBC series is making a comeback on Netflix.

Found is sitting comfortably at No. 10 on Netflix’s Top 10 TV Shows in the U.S.

Both seasons of the drama were added to the streamer on Jan. 2, and the series has since been climbing the charts. Created by Nkechi Okoro Carroll, Found premiered on NBC in October 2023 and was one of the only shows to premiere in fall 2023 amidst the Hollywood strikes. The network renewed the series for Season 2 only a month later, but despite all signs pointing to a Season 3 renewal, NBC axed the series last May.

Starring Shanola Hampton, Kelli Williams, Brett Dalton, Gabrielle Walsh, Arlen Escarpeta, Karan Oberoi, and Mark-Paul Gosselaar, the series focused on a public relations specialist and crisis manager (Hampton) and her team of associates who work to find missing people who have been ignored or forgotten by law enforcement and the mainstream media. Within six days of its release, Found became NBC’s most successful series launch on Peacock. It’s earned generally mixed reviews, with most leaning towards positive, and has a 70% score on Rotten Tomatoes with a 77% audience score.

Even though Found isn’t receiving the same success as fellow canceled NBC drama Manifest, which wound up getting a fourth and final season on Netflix due to a strong following, it is still impressive that it’s doing so well. It’s actually only one of two non-Netflix shows in the streamer’s Top 10, with the other being the 2016 limited series 11.22.63, based on the Stephen King novel of the same name and starring James Franco, Sarah Gadon, Chris Cooper, Cherry Jones, Lucy Fry, George McKay, and Josh Duhamel.

When Found was canceled, Warner Bros. Television shopped the series around in the hopes of finding a new home. However, two months after the cancellation, it was reported that the studio failed to find a new home and would no longer be taking it to other platforms.

Fans watching it for the first time on Netflix will be met with a very frustrating realization once they finish the second season, which ended on a cliffhanger that saw Gabi (Hampton) admitting that she kidnapped Sir (Gosselaar) and held him captive in her basement for nine months. Sir, meanwhile, was found in his cell, lying unconscious in a puddle of his own blood. Both seasons of Found are streaming on Netflix, just don’t get too attached.
