Superfood Pudding Ingredients (Makes 2 Servings)
- 1 Tbsp + 2 tsp Lucuma Powder
- 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Cacao Powder
- 1 tsp Maca Powder
- 1 Cup raw Almond Milk
- Agave or Stevia to taste
- Mint leaves for garnish
Superfood Pudding Instructions
- Whisk almond milk and chia seeds together (make sure that there are no clumps of seeds).
- Whisk in cacao powder, maca powder, lucuma powder, and additional sweeteners (if using).
- Store in the refrigerator overnight.
- Add a few leaves of mint to top if desired.
- Serve cold.
