With women's pregnancy and postpartum workout routines hot news these days, weightlifting new mom Inger Houghton has revealed that she's back to her post-baby six-pack abs just ten weeks after giving birth.
Houghton shares her weightlifting routine and regular pictures of her progress on Instagram, often posting images of her working out with baby close by or as part of the action.
Although she makes it look easy, the Dubai-based mom says that it all comes down to a lot of good, hard work.

She continued to weight train through all nine months of her pregnancy and was in great shape throughout and before, she revealed.
Her main goal was to maintain her muscle mass, something she said was actually challenging following the birth of her daughter as the weight came off more quickly than she would have liked.
"I stayed active for my entire pregnancy," Houghton, tells Caters News Agency. "I didn't train as often or as hard as before of course, but I would have gone mad if I couldn't do anything for nine months."
"Luckily I had a good pregnancy without any major problems, so it didn't feel like a struggle to keep active."
The 31-year-old says even she sometimes strove to get to the gym, but having the pressure of an active following on social media helped keep her motivated.
