Watch: Anne Hathaway : 'I Got Very Good at Lying While I Was Pregnant'

Anne Hathaway describes herself while pregnant as an "I am a boxing-out mama bear."

According to Entertainment Tonight, Hathaway spoke about her new movie, Colossal, with Jason Sudeikis, when the top of secrets come up.

Hathaway admits she's one of the worst liars about almost everything,

"I get very flushed when I lie, so I am very bad at keeping secrets. People can always tell what's up. The only secret that I kept, and I will tell you I got really good at lying, was when I was pregnant."

"I lied about everything having to do with it," she added.

Hathaway then says it wasn't done out of malice, but to protect her baby,

"I did not feel like, 'Oh, I am lying,'" she confides. "It was like, 'No, I am protecting.'"

Baby Jonathon Rosebanks was welcomed by Hathaway and her husband, Adam Shulman this past March.
