Understandably, it can be difficult for men to commiserate with their pregnant partners. They can't feel or experience the changes one's body goes through and have nothing to even compare it to. However, as one guy shows, that doesn't mean they can't be supportive.
Josh Streeter recently took to Facebook with a photo of him holding his pregnant fiancée's hair back as she vomits. He captioned the post with a message of respect to all pregnant women and some advice for their partners.
"Every second is worth it, it has literally taken my fiancé and took over her body and with all the stress, aching and using the bathroom and sickness throughout the entire day, they hurt, they get so emotional and fatigue and they can't explain why, but that's where you come in, make her feel like it's okay to cry, get upset, mad and laugh out of no where and make her feel like she is a damn queen. [sic]"
Streeter says his fiancée's experience has given him a "different view on pregnancy" and calls it "The best education a man could be given."
