Miranda Lambert fans were in for a special surprise when her singer-songwriter boyfriend, Anderson East, joined her on stage in London to perform a stripped-down duet rendition of “Getaway Driver.”
In a video from the concert, which took place on August 23 at London’s Eventim Apollo Hammersmith, the 33-year-old Grammy-winning songstress belted out the mellow tune in front of a hushed crowd. The special performance was part of Lambert’s ongoing “Highway Vagabond Tour.”

East picked on the acoustic guitar as they joined in harmony to perform the song they co-wrote with Natalie Hemby for Lambert’s double album titled The Weight of These Wings.
The “Vice” hitmaker also shared a pair of snaps from the concert.
“London, England! Thank you so much. What an amazing night. And I got to sing along with my ๐ @andersoneast,” she captioned the post.
When Lambert isn’t performing on stage, she has been busy helping the victims of Hurricane Harvey. In fact, she managed to rescue a huge number of dogs that were lost in the flood waters in her home state of Texas. Learn more here.
