Aaron Carter Gets Emotional When Asked About Brother Nick

After announcing he was bisexual in a candid letter shared to social media last week, Aaron Carter has been receiving widespread support and love from fans and followers. However, the 29-year-old singer has yet to hear from one of his greatest supporters — big brother, Nick Carter.

TMZ caught up with the "Crush on You" singer at the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport in Washington, D.C. on Saturday morning who revealed to the news agency in a video that his brother, Nick, hasn't reached out since the announcement.

Carter looked evidently emotional as paparazzi asked if Nick had reached out, revealing he has not heard from him since the announcement last Saturday. But did go on to say following a deep pause that he and Nick were "good" and "wonderful."

After asking about big brother, Nick, the conversation became much more lighthearted as Carter was asked which celebrity he would like to ask out on a date.

"I think it would be Tom Hardy," Carter said with a slight smile. "But I think he's not available...?"

Trying again, Carter tells the paparazzi he would ask out former American Idol alum and now Queen frontman, Adam Lambert as he's "beautiful."

"He had something really nice to say about me and I've actually always loved his music," Carter responded.

Last week, Carter revealed that he split from ex-girlfriend Madison Parker, telling The Bert Show that his sexuality played a part in their breakup.

"I had discussed it with my ex-girlfriend, and she didn't really understand it. She didn't want [to]," he said. "And that was it. So we left it mutual and parted ways."

Now that he's single, Carter appears to be ready to mingle, even asking actress Chloe Grace Moretz on a date on Twitter with two tweets, writing, "Mmmm may I take you to dinner [Chloe Moretz]?... Let's set up a date. The crush is mutual."

Moretz had previously told Variety that she had a crush on Carter as a child.
