Michelle Branch is currently on tour to promote her latest album, Hopeless Romantic, but the singer's Sunday stop in Nashville will also feature a one-night-only reunion for her country duo The Wreckers, which Branch fronted alongside friend Jessica Harp from 2004 to 2007.

Branch told the Tennessean that Harp will join her on stage to perform a few of the duo's songs, marking the first time they'll have seen each other in seven years.

The Wreckers released one studio album, Stand Still, Look Pretty, in 2006, which spawned the No. 1 single "Leave the Pieces," as well as top ten hit "My, Oh My."

After the duo's label shelved their second album, Branch and Harp disbanded the group to focus on solo projects. Harp released a solo album, A Woman Needs, in 2010 while Branch moved to Los Angeles and eventually went through a divorce from her husband.

"It really felt like my life was a snow globe, and someone turned it upside down," she said. "And when it cleared, nothing was in its right place. … And I do think that was necessary in order to make this record, as confusing and scary and painful as it was at times. It's definitely nice to be out on the other end and see that it actually led to some positive stuff in my life."

Branch is now engaged to Patrick Carney, drummer for The Black Keys. The 34-year-old first arrived on the music scene at age 18 with her 2001 debut album, The Spirit Room, which contained the massive hit "Everywhere."

"I've noticed since day one, when 'The Spirit Room' came out, the people who really fell in love with those albums were my age," Branch said. "And they kind of grew up with me. Somehow you always relate. … I know there will be some people who come to the show who are like, 'Oh, she played a lot of new songs, and I'm not into it.' And that's fine. You can't make everyone happy. But I love playing those old songs because I'm just as nostalgic for them as the people who are coming to the shows are."
