Another Reason Why Braun Strowman is WWE's Can't Miss Attraction

Last night's final episode of RAW before Great Balls of Fire gave us plenty to talk about. Perhaps nothing was more remarkable than the moment Apollo Crews attempted his patented standing back-flip on a prone Braun Strowman.

Strowman would counter Crews' acrobatics, not by simply moving out of the way, but by kicking Crews out of mid-air and across the ring. It was one of those moments in wrestling that you have to see to believe.

The maneuver was so impactful that it brought Mick Foley to Twitter:

For a man that has been slammed on exploding tables and thrown off of Hell in Cell cages, this says a lot. Honestly, it's kind of amazing that Crews did not get hurt.

This is the essence of Braun Strowman. When he's on RAW, we have to tune in because it's likely that he can produce something we've never seen before - like tipping over an ambulance. Braun Strowman is everything that is right about professional wrestling. The man is a spectacle.

He may be the answer to RAW's recent ratings slump, too. If the audience consistently fears like they may miss something wild, they'll make sure to tune into RAW. Stowman's feud with Roman Reigns has been exactly that, as the two will have to settle their beef in an Ambulance Match at Great Balls of Fire.

Reigns and Strowman do a great job of beating the hell out of one another. Although an Ambulance Match may induce an eye roll, these two may just have the right brutal chemistry to make this one special. And why wouldn't they? These two have been feuding for the majority of 2017 and it looks like they are about to go their separate ways after Sunday. For now.

It's hard to imagine Reigns not getting the better of Strowman in their blow-off contest. Rumors have him challenging Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam for the Universal Championship. In light of that, WWE will likely want to keep him hot. Expect all paths to be cleared for the WrestleMania 31 rematch.
