Shania Twain has shared another new song from her upcoming album, and it’s easily the most upbeat yet.
Titled “Swingin’ With My Eyes Closed,” the song begins with a boot-stomping beat before transitioning into a summer-worthy sound.

The track has a decidedly reggae feel to it, with the chorus bringing in a host of guitars as Twain comes through with her iconic voice.
Throughout the track, Twain implores the listener to live without regrets, because life is short.
“I was thinking of a boxer taking a swing, or a baby first coming out with his eyes and fists closed,” the star told The Boot of the song. “They can’t even see yet and they’re swinging with their eyes closed.”
“It’s just all of a sudden the light went on and there was light as well as darkness,” she added.
The track is the third Twain has shared from her upcoming album, Now, which will be released Sept. 29. The singer performed the song Aug. 16 on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
