Everyone is out enjoying their summer, but no one might be having more fun than country stars, Luke Bryan, Jake Owen and Dierks Bentley as they revel in an outdoor adventure with NFL legend, Peyton Manning.
As first revealed on Bentley’s Instagram on Thursday with Manning holding up fish he caught while standing in a stream, the former Denver Broncos quarterback joined the three on a fun outdoors boy’s trip that had them fishing and singing songs by the campfire.

“Should I inform Peyton manning of the mama bear and her three cubs approaching from behind? Or let him enjoy his moment,” Bentley jokingly wrote of the image.
The “Drunk on a Plane” singer hashtagged “Bass Pro Shops,” leading inquiring minds to assume the fun-filled boy’s getaway might be a promotional campaign for the company. But while it might be, Owen took to Instagram to share his genuine affection for the trip, along with a series of snaps, including one of him with Bryan all smiles.
“Pretty unbelievable lifetime experience with good friends, good music, [and] good fishing,” he wrote. “That’s what life’s about.“
Manning has been dipping his hand in country for a while now. In addition to singing “Tennessee Whiskey” with Chris Stapleton, he’s been known to grace the stage with Cole Swindell and his friend, Kenny Chesney.
This was also not the first time the retired quarterback teamed up with Bryan, Bentley and Owen. He sang three different versions of Johnny “Folsom Prison Blues” with them, proving he’s a country boy through and through.
