Keith Urban, Miranda Lambert Top 2017 CMA Award Nominations

The 2017 Country Music Association Award nominations were announced Monday live on Good Morning America and a few household names top the list.

Lauren Alaina, Dustin Lynch and Brothers Osborne made the coveted announcements, giving stars like Miranda Lambert and Keith Urban something extra to celebrate over the Labor Day holiday.

Lambert leads the number of nods with five, including nominations for Single and Song of the Year for “Tin Man,” in addition to Music Video of the Year for “Vice.” She was also recognized for Album of the Year with The Weight of These Things and scored an eleventh nomination for Female Vocalist, which she’s won six consecutive times between 2010 and 2015.

Both Little Big Town and Urban each earned four nominations. The band secured nominations for Single of the Year, Album of the Year, Vocal Group of the Year and Music Video. Urban has been nominated for Entertainer of the Year, Male Vocalist and Music Video of the Year for “Blue Ain’t Your Color.”
