Did Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth secretly tie the knot? That's the burning question fans are asking after seeing photos of the Hunger Games actor wearing what appeared to be a wedding band.

On Sunday, Hemsworth, 27, was photographed while hanging with Cyrus' mother, Tish. At the Cyrus estate in eastern Kentucky, Hemsworth was seen rocking a thick, gold band on his left ring finger, according to TMZ.

While Cyrus, 24, was not in attendance at the family gathering, she did take to Instagram to post a sweet message for her beau. The "Malibu" singer uploaded a gallery of snaps that shows her cuddling with her adorable pup.

"We miss you @liamhemsworth! (Dora's morning yawns are more like ROARS)," she captioned the photo.

Despite appearances, the Australian actor and his pop superstar fiancé are reportedly not married at this time.

Cyrus and Hemsworth have been in a relationship since meeting on the set of their film The Last Song. Even though they separated ways for a brief period, the two are now together again and look happier than ever.

During an interview with Billboard, Cyrus said she needed to "change so much" before getting back together with Hemsworth.

"And changing with someone else not changing like that is too hard. Suddenly you're like, 'I don't recognize you anymore.' We had to refall for each other," she said.

According to Tish, there are no immediate plans to for a wedding between Cyrus and Hemsworth.

"She is not eloping," Tish said. "She is not getting married. They are so freaking happy and living in Malibu. She's so happy and always like, 'I don't know why everybody wants us to get married. It's so perfect.' "

In the event that the celebrity couple ties the knot, Cyrus says that she has learned a lot from her parents' marriage.

"Nothing and no one stays the same," she said during an interview with Cosmopolitan. "Grow, evolve, change with each other and celebrate your love's journey [is something I learned]."
