Robin Thicke and Paula Patton Reach Custody Agreement

Following Robin Thicke and girlfriend April Love Geary’s pregnancy announcement earlier this week, Thicke and ex-wife, Paula Patton have reached an agreement over the custody of their son.

Since their split in 2014, the couple’s son Julian has been in the middle of a heated custody battle. However, court documents now obtained exclusively by E! News outline Julian’s schedule between his mother and father.

The agency reports that “the 7-year-old will stay with Robin, Monday through Wednesday; while he will be with Paula, Wednesday through Friday.”

The two will co-parent on alternate weekends, with documents affirming they will receive as much equal time with their child as possible. Patton and Thicke have also agreed to a structured holiday and summer vacation schedule.

“The parties are ordered to share in all major decisions concerning the minor child’s health, education and welfare are including, but without limitation, schooling, religion, medical care and enrichment activities,” the documents outline.

Such a resolution ends the controversial battle between the two as Thicke moves on with Geary and starts anew.

As previously reported, the “Blurred Lines” singer’s girlfriend is currently expecting their first child together. Geary, a model, had revealed the news via Instagram alongside a sonogram, writing that the little one is expected to arrive on Thicke’s birthday.
