It has been more than a year since Rory Feek and his daughter Indiana lost Joey Feek to her cancer battle.
Although Feek and Indiana have been doing their best to move on, the proud dad does not want his daughter to forget her late mother.

On Saturday, Feek took to Instagram to share a photo of his 3-year-old daughter spending time near Joey’s grave. The snap shows Indiana sitting on a bench near Joey’s gravesite, which is covered in flowers and a cross with her name written on it.
He captioned the photo, “…visiting mama in papa’s hat.”
Joey passed away on March 4, 2016, and was buried in the family cemetery on the Feek farm, near her husband’s mother.
Since then, Feek has kept their Joey+Rory fans updated on their life on social media. He has been documenting his little girl’s physical therapy process and her learning how to walk.
