The Hardys Tease A ‘Broken’ Response To Sheamus And Cesaro

After ambushing The Hardys last night at WWE Payback, Sheamus and Cesaro were happy to explain their actions to the Monday Night Raw crowd.

Sheamus began by saying, “Let’s be honest here, I never liked any one of you. From day one you treated me like a red headed step-child. Cesaro said that with his Cesaro section we could take our tag team championships back, but at the last moment, The Hardy Boyz were added to our match and they stole our moment.”

Cesaro followed his partner, “These people felt a rush of nostalgia and they loved it. You people would rather live in the past than look at the present of what’s right in front of you. But you know what, that feel good moment didn’t last long because last night Sheamus and I proved that The Hardys are just a novelty act that doesn’t belong in the ring with a Warrior and a Superman.”

They finished by saying “We don’t just set the bar, we are THE BAR.”

Before “The Bar” could leave the ring, The Hardys arrived and, in his retort, Matt seemed to let a little more of his ‘broken’ brilliance slip out.

With a one arm salute, The Hardys gave the ‘delete’ sign and chased Cesaro and Sheamus out of the ring.

The slow build to Matt Hardy regaining his #Broken character has the WWE Universe on the edge of their seats.

Before the night began, Matt tweeted an update on Jeff’s broken tooth and you’ll never believe who did his dental work.
