5 NXT Stars Rumored to Be Heading to WWE
Last night NXT packed the Barclays Center for their version of WrestleMania, Takeover Brooklyn [...]
Bobby Roode
According to the Wrestling Observer, WWE is very high on Roode and have been wanting him on the main roster "ASAP." The observer also states that WWE sees him as a top 5 talent on either the RAW or SmackDown brand.
Last night, Roode lost his NXT Championship to Drew McIntyre.. which means his schedule just got wiped clean. We could see Roode as early as tonight...

Like Roode, the Authors of Pain just lost their NXT Tag Championships at last night's Takeover Brooklyn.
Figureheaded by the Hawk and Animal's former manager, Paul Ellerby, this tag team would be a perfect addition to either RAw or SmackDown. WWE's tag team division is very thin.
Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose winning the RAW titles tonight would be great for the stability of tag-team wrestling in WWE. That would give WWE 3 teams of consequence (New Day and Usos). The Authors of Pain would be a warm welcome wherever they go, but RAW may be the best choice.
prevnextNo Way Jose
Despite being left of NXT TakeOver Brooklyn's card, WWE is rumored to be high on No Way Jose. The Dominican native signed with WWE in 2015 and has already impressed.
For those that don't know him, just imagine Carlito having a baby with Pitbull.
prevnextPeyton Royce
Still a fresh face in NXT, the Australian Royce has made waves in her short time with the company.
She's even impressed WWE's Boss, Sasha Banks:
"I think the next woman that should be called up should be Peyton Royce. I think she's an incredible wrestler, she has a heart of gold, and she trains really, really hard. I also love Billie Kay, and I think they're doing a great job right now in NXT, being the iconic duo."
Banks continued:
"They're very entertaining, and I think if they just keep doing what they're doing, and keep showing that they want to be the best. The possibilities for them on the main roster are endless."
Billie Kay
Billie Kay marks the other half of the Iconic duo (with Royce being her partner). The 28-year old from Sydney is rumored to be headed to the main roster with her wrestling soulmate and we can expect WWE to keep them together.
But where to? Honestly, both the RAW and SmackDown Women's division could use a shot in the arm. Kay and Royce could be just that.
