The Little People, Big World finale aired last week, but TLC treated its fans to a special Inside the Episode on Tuesday. The behind-the-scenes look detailed everything that producers left out on the big day in which Tori Roloff gave birth to her and Zach’s daughter, Lilah.
The special saw some touching moments that weren’t aired fully in the finale, including Tori breastfeeding Lilah and Zach holding his new daughter for the first time. There was also a funny moment in which Zach mispronounced umbilical cord in his and Tori’s interview with the camera, to which the Tori helped correct him and shared a laugh. The couple’s son, Jackson, also drew a substantial response on social media for his adorable reactions throughout the two-hour episode. At one point, Jackson was seen holding the camera trying to get a photo of his mom and new baby sister, to which Jackson ended up not wanting to take a picture after everyone was trying to help him out. Tori admitted on-camera that it was tough on Jackson at that moment, saying he was a “little overwhelmed” seeing his parents holding a brand new baby. With the season officially over, here is a look at what some of the fans were discussing during the extended episode.

I love when moms offer to bring food post baby, and it’s like carb loading bc that’s what you want after gaining all that weight #LPBW
