David Lynch's Twin Peaks revival series has a large cast of 207 actors that includes dozens of popular actors and a handful of prominent musicians. Pearl Jam's frontman Eddie Vedder will be a part of the series and has contributed a brand new song on the upcoming season's soundtrack.

At the Ohana Music festival this past weekend, Vedder performed in a solo set where he delivered the world debut of the song titled "Out of Sand." Also, a recording of the new tune is included in the Pearl Jam-themed subscription series from Third Man Records' Vault.

Check out the video of Vedder's first performance of the song above.

The lyrics to "Out of Sand" were posted on PearlJamOnline, and then shared on Twitter with the caption: "BREAKING NEWS: #EddieVedder's new song Out of Sand will be included in #TwinPeaks2017!"

Other musicians who will appear on the Showtime series include Sky Ferreira, Sharon Van Etten, and Nine Inch Nails lead singer Trent Reznor.

Some of the notable actors on the cast of Twin Peaks are Naomi Watts, Laura Dern, Michael Cera, Monica Bellucci, Jim Belushi, Tim Roth, Robert Forster, Ashley Judd, Amanda Seyfriend, Jennifer Jason Leigh, and Balthazar Getty.

The official Facebook page for Twin Peaks shared a post that gave the names of the entire cast of the show, check out the full list here.
