The woman suing R&B star Usher for exposing her to herpes says that her results came back positive for the virus after taking an STD test.
New court documents, which were filed by a woman going by Jane Doe, show that she says she was devastated to learn the results of her test, according to TMZ.
The woman first filed a $10 million suit against the 38-year-old former coach of The Voice after she claimed they had unprotected sex this year. However, she now wants at least $20 million for punitive damages, emotional harm and medical bills.
Usher's accuser is the second woman to take him to court for allegedly giving her an STD. The woman that is currently suing him did not learn of Usher's STD until he admitted to having herpes in the first lawsuit.
The singer settled a lawsuit with the first accuser to the tune of $1 million.
Court documents revealed that the singer had a "greenish discharge" oozing from his penis at one point, but was considered to be an "asymptomatic carrier" by medical professionals since he had no other significant signs of infection.
Usher divorced his ex-wife, Tameka Foster, in 2009. Earlier this week, she spoke out about her former spouse being accused of giving herpes.
Foster, who was married to the "Yeah!" hitmaker from 2007 to 2009, says that she has no part in the STD incident.
"Do not come on my page discussing rumors or adult people that have NOTHING to do with me," she wrote. "I have been divorced 8 years... Some issues are not my business...
Foster also mentioned that she has a clean bill of health.
"I'm good and my health (Everywhere is great)," she said, "Well my right knee hurts and I need reading glasses but otherwise I'm awesome and enjoying the sun.
"Miss me with other grown folks crazy
