Kailyn Lowry has left the hospital after giving birth to her third child, an unnamed baby boy. While the newborn was covered when the Teen Mom 2 star left the facility, paparazzi did catch a glimpse of the father of the child, Chris Lopez.
Lopez carried a bag and a blanket for the MTV reality star as they headed out to the car, as shown in the video posted by Radar. Lowry was not far behind, being wheeled out with the covered baby carrier as a security guard tried to shield her from paparazzi.

Lopez, described as a longtime friend of Lowry, has seemingly been out of the picture since she became pregnant.
The fact that he was the father was kept under wraps when the pregnancy news broke. Lowry then said he didn’t plan to be involved the pregnancy and wasn’t comfortable appearing on Teen Mom 2.
Lowry said on Teen Mom 2 that her and Lopez’s relationship was “not solid” and she “[doesn’t] want to discuss any of it on TV.”
Previous reports claimed that Lowry’s relationship with Lopez ended “badly” when he was not ready to commit to fatherhood.
“Things ended pretty badly,” a source said to Hollywood Life. “He’s been a real ass to her, and has made it clear he doesn’t want anything to do with the baby. Kailyn’s hoping he will change his mind when the baby arrives — she doesn’t care about the financial side of things.”
MTV’s Teen Mom 2 airs on Mondays at 8 p.m. CT.
