Blake Lively became a mom for the second time when she and husband Ryan Reynolds welcomed daughter Ines in September, and the actress is making sure she's prepared just in case anything ever happens to her baby girl.

Lively used Instagram Monday to share with fans that she recently took a CPR class to help her keep her kids safe.

"ALL MAMAS AND DADDIES OUT THERE-- I can't recommend this enough, I took a CPR class with with a focus on babies and toddlers," the actress wrote.

Lively accompanied the caption with a snap of herself posing with several CPR dummies and a baby doll and giving the camera a thumbs-up.

"Google 'infant CPR class near me' and you'll see lots of listings," she continued. "For those of you who haven't done it, you will love it. It's so helpful by giving you knowledge, tools, and some peace of mind."

Along with Ines, Lively and Reynolds are also parents to 2-year-old daughter James.
