Cyrus, Pataky and two other friends all got the same small tattoo – a wave drawn by Kelly Slater, a surf champion.
“When girls night starts out like this…Thank you @laurenwinzer for the new ink! And the boo @kellyslater for the scribble,” Kalani Miller, one of the four ladies who got the tattoo, wrote on her Instagram page.
Pataky, who is married to Chris Hemsworth, has been spotted a few times recently hanging out with Cyrus as she spends time with Liam in Australia.
Earlier, they were spotted together walking hand-in-hand and while they’ve not officially said anything, all signs are pointing to them being back together.
