On Wednesday, a judge ruled Presley pays $50,000 to cover Lockwood's legal fees over a course of five months. This will occur until their trial where they will review the divorce terms on the couple's post-nuptial agreement.
Presley does not have to pay for Michael's requested $40,000 a month in spousal support.
In the most recent court documents Presley filed, she claimed she found Lockwood's possession of "hundreds of inappropriate photos of children." Michael is currently under investigation for child abuse in California and Tennessee.
He has not been charged with a crime yet and said he is "disgusted" that she "described unproven allegations" about him in the documents.
According to her lawyers, she has been in debt, has no assets and receives $104,000 a month from her inheritance from her late father Elvis Presley's estate, which most of it goes to her kids.
In the documents, Lisa Marie said her 8-year-old twin daughters were "temporarily under the care of DCFS [Department of Child and Family Services]." A few days later, her mother Priscilla Presley denied the reports and said the girls are with her.
Priscilla shared a photo on Instagram of the twins swimming in a pool. She wrote, "There is lots of confusion, commotion and concern from all the talk circulating. Let me put this to rest…the girls have not been in foster care and never will be. The girls have been with me and will be until all this is sorted out."
She posted another photo of the girls and wrote, "Thank you from the bottom of my heart for "all" your positive support."
