The couple had an exciting past couple weeks – from Lady Gaga's Superbowl performance to attending the Grammys – Carino was by her side through it all.

The couple sparked romance rumors when the "Born This Way" singer and Christian were seen together during Super Bowl weekend. Photos of Christian kissing Gaga on the cheek immediately flooded the Internet.

Lady Gaga and Carino walked out of the Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood holding hands as they waited for their car.
Gaga wore a white jumpsuit with what appears to be Carino's black jacket. What a gentleman!
Christian wore dark jeans and a black button-down while carrying a bag of gifts in his free hand.
