Kendall Jenner Buys Emily Blunt and John Krasinski’s Hollywood Home for $6.5M

Kendall Jenner has purchased Emily Blunt and John Krasinski’s 4,800-square-foot home in Hollywood for $6.5 million, Vanity Fair reports.

The home is Jenner’s second, as the model previously purchased a $1.4 million condo near Westwood, California in 2014 but is now upgrading to the spacious six-bedroom, five-bathroom spread. Blunt and Krasinski had previously listed the home in January for $8 million but lowered the price to $6.95 million as they are relocating to the East Coast.

The three-story home, located on Hollywood’s Sunset Strip, is within walking distance to the Chateau Marmont and has a swimming pool, stunning city views and a spacious rooftop deck designed by Krasinski himself.

A Zillow listing for the property states that the home “radiates a modern-yet-relaxed vibe,” thanks to materials like wood and brick.

“It’s this perfect combo of California contemporary with New York grit,” said listing agent Catherine Marcus of Sotheby’s International Realty.
