In today’s day and age, no relationship is official until it shows up on Instagram — and it looks like Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are the latest celebrity couple to prove that theory!
Perry took to the social media platform Friday, to share her very first Instagram photo with Bloom! She posted a snap of the two lying on the steps of the Hotel du Cap Eden-Rock, which E! News shares is just miles from the festivities of the Cannes Film Festival.

“We cannes’t,” Perry captioned the silly shot, further making a perfect pun on the name of the film festival the couple were in town to attend. They celebrated amfAR’s 23rd Cinema Against AIDS Gala on Thursday evening.
Along with the festivities of the film festival, Perry and Bloom also took time out to celebrate Perry’s pal Markus Molinari‘s birthday! Molinari shared a video to Instagram Friday, featuring Perry and Bloom singing “Happy Birthday” during the outdoor celebration.
“When you’re bassst Fran gives you the best birthday ever 🙏🏽#blessed @katyperry you are my legs ! 💗 forever,” Molinari wrote alongside the clip.

Perry and Bloom have clearly been enjoying their time in France, dining at local restaurants, and hanging with famous faces like Kate Hudson and Kate Moss.
