Being a celebrity and hearing negative comments about you might be hard, but being a celebrity parent with thousands of ‘haters’ speaking out on your every move must be worse.
Jenni “JWoww” Farley and Roger Mathews know this first hand. On Sunday afternoon, the couple decided to spend some time by the pool with their two-month-old son, Grayson. What seemed like an innocent picture posted by JWoww on Instagram, turned into ‘haters’ speaking out about her parenting.

In the picture she posted, her son is being held by her husband and is wearing a sunhat, t-shirt, and board shorts. Rogers is holding Grayson in the water up to his belly. Apparently some of the Jersey Shore star’s followers believed they were putting their baby in danger by not putting sunscreen on him.
Farley did not appreciate the response and felt the need to address it.
“Not even sure why I am even doing this but I feel like schooling people on my previous post. First off, my son is two months and in a salt water pool up to his belly… Probably for a total of 3 minutes,” she explained on Instagram. “But second is where I need to really educate trolls… Let me explain to the haters that decided to comment about no sunscreen and the dangers bla bla bla.”
She continued, “My son actually does have sunscreen on. It’s the same concept as diaper cream…I’m in the tanning industry and pride myself on knowing this.”
She later goes on to share the ingredients that are used in the sunscreen she applied to baby Grayson and ends her rant with “Go enjoy your Sunday now.”
