It's been a long year for Gwen Stefani since she divorced Gavin Rossdale but she spent the anniversary of her divorce on stage with her new beau, wowing the audience with a duet of their emotionally charged song, "Go Ahead and Break My Heart."

The No Doubt front-woman took the stage in Detroit, one day before the 12 month mark of filing paperwork to make her split from Rossdale official.

She interrupted her set to bring Blake Shelton up to perform. The crowd didn't mind.

The couple rocked their duet. Some fans may not have been entirely shocked, though.

Stefani shared a few pictures of the two of them backstage before the show on Snapchat.

It just goes to show, a year can make a big difference!
