Shay Mooney, of country duo Dan + Shay, is engaged!
According to Entertainment Tonight, the star announced his engagement to former Miss Arkansas Hannah Billingsley on Instagram Saturday.

“I liked it…so I put a ring on it. I’m the luckiest man in the world. @hannah.billingsley I love you,” the 24-year-old singer captioned a black and white photo of the couple cuddled up together, a sparkler shining on Billingsley’s ring finger.
Billingsley posted the same photo and revealed that Mooney proposed on Tuesday. “Words aren’t enough. Truly the happiest day of my life,” she wrote.
Mooney is currently touring with bandmate Dan Smyers.
