Brie Bella and Daniel Bryan welcomed baby girl Birdie on May 9 and the WWE super couple could not be more overjoyed at the new addition.
After a long pregnancy– Bella’s due date was April 30– the couple finally got to meet their little bundle of joy right before the clock struck midnight.

“There is no better feeling in the world than meeting your daughter. I can’t even express the overwhelming joy and love that Bryan and I are feeling,” the new mom, 33, told E! News in a statement announcing her birth. “Now we know what parents mean about the love you feel when you first meet your child. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers on the safety of Birdie coming into this world.”
The proud mom has shared the first family picture of the new parents and their sweet new addition. Not to be outdone, her twin sister Brie, has also taken to social media with a precious photo and a sweet message for her niece in a post included below!

The new parents lovingly gaze at their daughter in this sweet in-hospital moment. Bryan, who has been by his wife’s side through the entire process, holds her hand.
“The greatest feeling in the world!!! Can’t even express the love I feel for her ? from the moment I saw her I was in love. Thank you all for your love and support. Birdie Joe is her Daddy’s mini me!!✨? #Imfinallyamommy #greatestlove #motherhood,” she captioned the image.
Birdie’s aunt held her tiny hand for a tender moment. Nikki gushed about her niece, sister and brother-in-law in the post.
“Oh my sweet little Birdie ? From the moment I first saw you I knew it was unconditional love. I promise to protect and love you forever and ever. And my Brizee, you are the strongest, bravest person I know. So happy God made us twins. Don’t know this world without you. And wouldn’t ever want to. Goodness I love you both so much. ??? PS Bryan never left her side, still hasn’t, seeing him as a dad is amazing. He’s so strong,” she wrote.
Also visible in the picture is the massive engagement ring given to her by John Cena. Who knows, perhaps Birdie could have a cousin on the way soon!
Before the baby even arrived, the Bella and Bryan families were eagerly anticipating how much she would mean to them and gave her names that would live up to that.
“Joe, her middle name, is after my grandfather—his name was Joseph, and he meant the world to me,” Brie told Fit Pregnancy magazine. “Birdie is because my husband and his whole family are ‘B’s. And he married me, a ‘B’ too, so his one request was that our kids have ‘B’ names. I didn’t realize how hard it was to find girl ‘B’ names, but we both came across Birdie and knew that was it!”
