Just one day after Magnolia House, Chip and Joanna Gaines' bed and breakfast in Waco, Texas, opened reservations for next year, the property has been booked solid through the first half of 2017, PEOPLE reports.

As previously reported, Magnolia House was up for rent from January 1-July 2, and potential guests could book their time at the property starting August 18 at 7 P.M. CST. Slots at the bed and breakfast reportedly filled up in less than an hour.

Magnolia House can sleep eight people, and must be booked as one unit rather than by room, and stays must meet a two night minimum.

The sell-out comes on the heels of news that the Gaines' are less than thrilled that homes they renovated are being rented out by their owners, but it's clear that the HGTV couple's fans just can't get enough!
