Brad Pitt has not been able to see his six children since Angelina Jolie hit him with the divorce bombshell on Monday, September 19. He is currently under investigation for alleged child abuse by the FBI, and is hoping he can see them soon.
According to an Us Weekly insider, he is waiting to be cleared of the abuse charge before he makes any moves to see them. A source says he is talking about seeing them next week.

“He knows the severity of the allegations and wants to be cleared of abuse before he sees them…He is confident he will be cleared. The kids are asking to see Brad, so he is hoping to see them next week.”
Allegedly Pitt is really upset being apart from them, says another Us Weekly source.
“He’s so torn up and shattered, not only because of the divorce but because he hasn’t seen the kids and he really wants to. Being apart from them is part of why he’s so torn up.”
Insiders say that Pitt is on a video looking drunk and yelling at his family on their private jet. They were flying from France to California on September 14. It was only one week ago when Jolie made her decision to split up.
PEOPLE reports, “He is just wrecked by this…He was willing to do anything, change any habit, change any lifestyle, to do what had to be done to make this work. And by ‘make this work,’ that means doing what has to be done to make even a split one that is amicable and in the best interests of the children.”
