According to an exclusive reveal in Us Weekly, Big Brother fan-favorites, Jordan Lloyd and Jeff Schroeder announced that they are having a baby boy!
The two announced that they were expecting — and that they had gotten married in secret — back in April, so fans everywhere were waiting with baited breath for the sex announcement. Of course, like the adorable couple that they are, they weren’t just going to post randomly on Twitter. No, they announced with a fun reveal photo.

The couple met on season 11 of the popular CBS reality show back in 2009. In 2014 they got engaged during season 16. They were going to wait until later in 2016 for their wedding, but decided to move it up due to the pregnancy.
“It definitely threw us through a loop, and we were kind of like, ‘Well, we need to figure this out, because the baby is going to be born October 20,’ and I don’t want to be walking down the aisle nine months pregnant, and my dress won’t fit,” Lloyd said.
The two do plan on having a wedding ceremony next year with all their friends, but until then, they are gearing up for parenthood. Schroeder said that they weren’t planning on waiting to know the sex until the baby came because they wanted to prepare. He says that they aren’t anxious, just nervous because both will be first time parents.
As for the sex of the little one, the couple admits that they weren’t expecting a boy. Lloyd admitted that she was, “100 percent positive that I was having a girl.” She even had a named picked out, which she didn’t share.
With the reveal, Lloyd admitted that she was a little disappointed and even had the doctor double check during their next ultrasound. Though it’s clear from recent interviews, Lloyd is just as excited for her son as Schroeder.
“I was talking to Jeff the other day and I was like, ‘I’m going to put him in T-ball. I’m going to sign him up for things like that,’” Lloyd said with a smile.
Congratulations! We can’t wait to meet the little guy in October.
