Another Duggar Faces Serious Lawsuit!

Another Duggar family member found themselves at the center of controversy!

Dillion King, Amy Duggar’s husband of just over a year, is being sued for failing to pay his medical bill, which is now going to court.

According to Arkansas’ Benton County Circuit Court documents obtained by Radar, the 28-year-old is being sued for $51,940.53 after failing to pay for his hospital treatment, more than a year later.

“The Plaintiff demanded of Defendants that said items be paid for in full on numerous occasions including: at or immediately following the time of providing the various items; within the 30 day period following the providing of said items; on or about June 26, 2015; and on numerous other occasions since said items were provided,” the court documents state.

Due to privacy laws, the suit didn’t state what the procedures were specifically, but the website suggests it’s related to the car accident King was in Jan. 22-25, 2015, which Amy shared on her Instagram account.

“Well God spared his life!!” Duggar wrote. “He has a broken femur, he has an 18 inch rod in his leg! He had a head on collision yesterday, someone drove directly into his lane and hit him at 45mph… pray for a fast recovery! He is so loved by so many.”

The hospital is seeking to collect the charges from the original bill, plus $2,134.54 in interest and $7,791.07 in attorneys’ fees.
