Amber Heard is expected to take the stand to testify against her estranged husband Johnny Depp in a hearing scheduled for Friday morning.
The court date will be a restraining order hearing regarding the temporary domestic abuse restraining order Heard filed in the midst of her divorce from the actor after alleging abuse.

According to E! News, Heard’s lawyers have been preparing her for cross examination.
It is unclear whether Depp will attend the hearing. Heard’s camp has issued a notice in lieu of a subpoena demanding his presence, but he is not legally bound to appear.
