I have seen and felt the essence of Gods grace through the life, the kindness and the courage of this woman. I’ve seen her attacked, lied about, wrongfully accused, mocked, laughed at, and misunderstood. But, I’ve also seen the shining example of the eagle she is that rises above the cacophony of the noise of ignorants- I’m learning from her example. She loves Jesus. She loves her family. She loves people. Even the ones that don’t love her back. I pray God give me that same grace in my life. I’ve taken a giant leap of faith in asking her to share life with me forever and to give me a shot at getting it right this time… She has graciously granted my request… She said yes. Former Disney star Adrienne Bailon and Christian musician, Israel Houghton just got engaged, according to ET.

While the two were vacationing in Paris, Houghton decided to pop the question in the most romantic place in the world – in front of the Eiffel Tower!

Of course, Bailon said yes and took to Instagram to show off her impressive ring.

“You. Me. Oui,” The Real host captioned the photo.

Houghton also posted a photo of the ring alongside a sweet and touching essay to his future bride.

“I’ve seen her attacked. Lied about. Wrongfully accused. Mocked. Laughed at, and misunderstood. But I’ve also seen the shining example of the eagle she is that rises above the cacophony of the noise of ignorants,” he wrote.

His loving note didn’t stop there. He went on to thank her for giving him the chance to get marriage right this time. He continued, “She said yes. Thanks Be To God. Than you @adriennebailon for graciously loving me.”

This isn’t the first engagement for The Cheetah Girls star. She was previously engaged to Lenny Santiango, but split from him after a few months. She was also notoriously dating Rob Kardashian for a while in the early years of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
