Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani Planning to Marry 'Before the End of the Year'

Is Blake Shelton planning to put a ring on Gwen Stefani's finger?

If sources close to the couple are to be believed, the answer sounds like a resounding yes!

"They want to get married before the end of the year," a Shelton source told Us Weekly of the musical pair.

"They are both very, very happy," a Shelton insider said. "Blake is having the time of his life with Gwen and feels so comfortable around her."

Stefani had previously talked about remarrying during On Air With Ryan Seacrest September 9, telling the host, "Everything is going so quickly. … I'm in the moment and, um, look at me, you've got me tongue-tied."

"I look at this year and I think, I just feel so awake," she added. "I feel so alive and so grateful. … this year has been so full of so much joy."

Another source previously told Us Weekly that both Stefani and Shelton are hoping for something more casual than their previous weddings. Shelton was most recently married to Miranda Lambert, with the pair splitting in 2015, and Stefani was married to Gavin Rossdale, who she split with last year as well.

"Gwen has said they both want something more low-key than their first weddings," the source said. "It would likely be at Blake's ranch [in Oklahoma] or in the backyard. Gwen doesn't really care, she is just in love with Blake and their life together."
