Sofia Vergara celebrated her 45th birthday on Monday, and the star received plenty of love from family and friends alike.
Vergara’s Modern Family co-star Ariel Winter used Instagram to wish the actress a happy birthday, sharing a photo of the duo laughing and holding a pair of parrots.

Vergara celebrated her birthday with a blowout bash that included balloons, cake, flowers and sushi truck. The event was attended by friends and family including the actress’ son, Manolo Gonzalez Vergara, and husband, Joe Manganiello.
