The arrest occurred on Saturday morning, and LaBeouf is said to still be in custody.
It’s not clear where in Georgia LaBeouf was arrested, as no local outlets have picked up the story as of yet.
This isn’t the first time the actor has been in trouble with the law this year. In January, he was arrested during a protest in New York City.
As far as alcohol-related charges, the outlet points out that LaBeouf was arrested in 2014 for “drunken behavior” in New York City. He was also arrested for driving drunk back in 2008.
LaBeuof is set to portray tennis champion John McEnroe in the upcoming tennis biopic Borg/McEnroe, which is set to be released internationally in September.
