There has been a major shift in the betting odds for one of the biggest matches heading into Sunday’s WWE Great Balls Of Fire pay per view. Many of the recent rumors had speculated that Roman Reigns would be defeating Braun Strowman at Balls to set up a SummerSlam mega match with Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship.
After a Sportskeeda rumor claimed Vince McMahon was sticking to his original plan of having Strowman take on Lesnar at Survivor Series, the latest odds have Strowman as a heavy favorite to defeat the Big Dog in their upcoming ambulance match.

Below are all the latest odds for Great Balls ppv. Note that no title changes are currently favored to take place.
Brock Lesnar (1/25) with Paul Heyman is favored to retain the WWE Universal Championship in the main event against Samoa Joe (17/2).
Braun Strowman (1/8) is favored to beat Roman Reigns (9/2) in an Ambulance match.
Alexa Bliss (1/18) is favored to retain the WWE RAW Women’s Championship over Sasha Banks (6/1).
Seth Rollins (1/7) is favored to beat Bray Wyatt (4/1).
Big Cass (1/14) is favored to beat Enzo Amore (11/2).
The Miz (1/14) with Maryse, Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel is favored to retain the WWE Intercontinental Championship over Dean Ambrose (11/2)
Cesaro and Sheamus (1/25) are favored to retain the WWE RAW Tag Team Championship against Matt and Jeff Hardy.
This also marks a change in the odds as yesterday the Hardys were favored to regain their Tag Team Championships. It seems highly unlikely that no titles will change hands as WWE heads into SummerSlam.
A recent report has stated that Sheamus will be written off WWE TV soon as he is scheduled to shoot a film in August, so the Tag belts should be changing hands soon. WWE has gotten two straight months out of the two teams going back and forth so we have to assume the program will end Sunday night.

Considering The Miz is the most recent to win his championship, it seems unlikely he’ll drop it back to Ambrose so soon.
Sasha Banks is coming off a hot gauntlet win to get into her program with Alexa Bliss, but it wouldn’t surprise me to see them hold off on having her win the belt at SummerSlam.
While we would like to see what Samoa Joe can do with a Universal Championship run, there is no way Brock Lesnar is losing his first title defense.
WWE Great Balls of Fire will take place Sunday from the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. You can catch it live on the WWE Network at 7pm ET.
