Here's some of the actual literature from the filing:

It's been over a decade, so for those that don't remember, Taboo Tuesday was WWE's first real take at integrating social media into its programs. The company was allowing fan to chose matches and their participants via an online poll. The PPV switched to Cyber Sunday in 2006, which itself was discontinued in 2008.

In the time since WWE has built a social media empire.

Chuck Carroll of CBS Chicago wrote a great article explaining the vast reach WWE has on social platforms:

"...The videos posted on WWE's digital platforms, including Facebook and YouTube, were viewed more than 9.1 billion times during the first six months of the year — an increase of nearly 20 percent from the same time last year. Likewise, WWE's social media channels continue to explode and now have 800 million followers."

This doesn't even take into account the rabid Twitter following WWE possesses. It's possible WWE may strike a deal with one of the social media tycoons instead of resorting to simple polls on WWE.com. Either way, it appears that WWE is going to ask for more fan involvement. And in a world that loves participate in WWE's booking, this could be a wonderful addition to the WWE lineup. But the question begs, will they actually do it on Tuesdays? We don't have enough information to know that at this moment, as Taboo Tuesday could inherently be related to Cyber Sunday and there is no legal distinguishment to make.

Either way, it looks like fans will be given to turn their fantasy booking into reality.
