The 71-year-old recently teased a “for fun surprise project” on Twitter, and fans think that just might be AHS, as Cher wrote that the project would debut the first week in September. She also noted that the “cool TV thing” would include a “gorge man,” and it’s safe to say several of AHS‘ cast members fit that description.

There’s also the fact that the show’s cast recently went to see Cher perform in Las Vegas, so it makes sense that they would head to her show if they had just filmed with her.

Other fans pointed out a set photo featuring a line of director’s chairs, one of which appears to say “Cher.”
This season of the FX hit focuses on the aftermath of the 2016 election, something Cher was very vocal about. The singer supported Hillary Clinton on the campaign trail, using social media and visits to different areas of the country to spread the word.
Looks like we’ll just have to wait and see on this one.
