Bethenny Frankel’s legal battle with her ex-husband Jason Hoppy is far from over.
Hoppy received unfortunate news in court after requesting to dismiss his stalking and harassment charges brought on by Frankel. A judge denied his motion on Tuesday, Aug. 8, according to Us Weekly.

In March, the pharmaceutical executive, 46, rejected a plea deal that would have had him plead guilty to a harassment violation and attend an anger management program.
Hoppy was arrested in January after he allegedly contacted the Real Housewives of New York City star “numerous times via email and FaceTime, and approached [the] victim making verbal threats,” an NYPD spokesperson said.
Frankel was granted a restraining order against her ex-husband, who she finalized her divorce with in 2016 after a four year battle.
Earlier this year, Hoppy denied the charges.
In June, Hoppy was charged with two new counts of stalking and was warned about the consequences if he contacted the Skinnygirl creator. The Bravo star reportedly supplied the court with documentation that included over 160 unwanted text messages from her ex.
The former couple, who shares 6-year-old daughter Brynn, are expected to appear in court together on Sept. 27.
