Internet Reacts To Ronda Rousey Getting Destroyed In Her UFC Return

It was one of the most hyped fights in UFC history, but it didn’t live up to the hype. Ronda Rousey had dominated the women’s division of the UFC, before her surprise loss to Holly Holm at UFC 193 back in November of 2015.

After the humbling loss, Rousey took some time off to recover and train for what most expected would be a rematch with Holm. However, Holm lost her championship title to Miesha Tate, who subsequently lost her title to Amanda Nunes.

So, instead of Holm, Rousey faced off against Nunes in her much heralded UFC return. Before the fight, many pointed out that Rousey looked to be in the best shape of her career. Whether Rousey was in the best shape of her career or not, Nunes was by far the superior fighter in their match.

Rousey was in trouble right from the start, and Nunes was clearly in control of the fight. At 48 seconds into the fight, the refs stopped the fight and declared Nunes the winner by TKO.
