Estimates say The Conjuring prequel brought in $15 million from 3,502 location on Friday, including the $4 million from early Thursday night showings. The film tells the origin story of the evil doll featured in The Conjuring franchise and is the second film that the doll has headlined following 2014’s Annabelle.

The Emoji Movie swiped the fifth place spot out from underneath Girls Trip. The animated comedy earned $1.9 million on Friday and $6.6 million over the weekend. Girls Trip fell just behind, earning $2.1 million Friday but only $6.5 million over the weekend.

Rounding out the top ten at the box office this week are Marvel’s latest superhero adventure Spider-Man: Homecoming, Halle Berry’s action-thriller Kidnap, Brie Larson’s opener The Glass Castle, and Charlize Theron’s stylish action flick Atomic Blonde.
