The fireworks display at the eve of Donald Trump's Inauguration caught people's eyes, but it was not for the right reasons. During what was meant to be a patriotic moment, the pyrotechnics appeared to spell out "USR" instead of "USA."
As you might imagine, social media users sounded off on the gaffe. Twitter users joked that the Russians were behind the mishap and that the letters now stood for "United States of Russia."
Over the course of the election, Donald Trump was grilled for his alleged ties to Russian President Vladimir Putin. This firework incident doesn't exactly help the billionaire real estate mogul's case in dispelling the rumors.
