Michael Phelps showed off his mad lip-sync chops on Lip Sync Battle: All-Stars Live by performing Eminem's "Lose Yourself."

The Olympic legend was certainly not a fish out of water here. Okay, that's a terrible pun, no need to be coy about it. But he was definitely the real Swim Shady.

The 31-year-old Olympian took a hard look into the mirror before grabbing a mic and strutting onto the stage. When the music came on he went to work and the crowd loved every second of it.
