Just four months after giving birth to her first child, model Irina Shayk is back to being runway ready.
The Russian supermodel, who welcomed daughter Lea De Seine with Guardians of the Galaxy star Bradley Cooper in April, took to Instagram on Sunday with a mirror selfie showing off her toned abs.

“Summer with [Intimissimi Official],” Shayk captioned the post of herself wearing lacy white lingerie.
This isn’t the first time the 31-year-old model who walked the runway at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show while pregnant has shown off her post-baby bod. Less than a month after Lea’s birth, Shayk shared a bikini photo of herself on Instagram that also showed off her fit body as she relaxed on a lips-shaped raft.
Earlier this month, Shayk and Cooper took a relaxing vacation in Tahiti with a few of their famous friends. They joined Andy Cohen, Anderson Cooper, Benjamin Maisani, Ricky Van Veen, Diane von Furstenberg and Allison Williams in Tahiti for a gorgeous getaway, marking their first public appearance since welcoming their daughter.
