A federal judge has dismissed a former Colorado DJ's legal claim against Taylor Swift late Friday after four days of testimony, Fox News reports.

The judge ruled that the radio host failed to prove Swift set out to get him fired.

The ruling will still allow plaintiff David Mueller to go forward with the lawsuit against her mother, Andrea Swift, as well as Frank Bell, the radio station's point man. Swift's $1 countersuit is also able to move forward.

Mueller was fired from his job as a radio DJ after Swift claimed he groped her during a 2013 meet-and-greet. He filed a lawsuit against her for $3 million.

Judge Martinez sent the jurors home early Friday, while attorneys on both sides debated whether Mueller presented enough evidence to send his full case to the jury.

Swift's former bodyguard, Greg Dent, testified that he saw Mueller reach under her skirt a moment before a photographer snapped their picture during the meet-and-greet. Dent maintained that he didn't intervene because he generally took his cues from Swift.

On Thursday, Swift gave her own testimony of the event, recounting what she called a "despicable and horrifying and shocking" encounter.

In photographic evidence presented to jurors, Mueller's hand is behind Swift, just below her waist.

Despite the evidence, Mueller and his girlfriend — who was also present — claim he is innocent.
